Title: Media Director- Cibolo Creek Community Church

Job Description

This full time position will be the lead in finding effective ways to tell our story, mission and vision. Content creation, video production / editing, oversight of church communications and graphic design are important functions in this role.   The Media Director will collaborate with all ministry leaders.  This position reports to the Executive Pastor with dotted line responsibility to the Senior Pastor and Worship Pastor.

Qualifications

An authentic follower of Christ with a minimum of one year church experience needed.  Must have degree/certification or experience in the following areas:

Video – Create, film, edit and implement video content for use in Sunday services, other ministry events and digital media.  Oversee the acquisition of equipment for, and the implementation of live streaming.

Communications -- Oversee, schedule and maintain timely posts for social media. Implement effective communication strategies for branding the ministry to church, community and staff.  Maintain, and edit website using the existing content management system.

Graphic Design – Create graphics for use in both digital and print formats.  This will include (but not be limited to) sermon series graphics, event logos, ministry branding, website promotions, and e-mail templates.

Volunteers – Enlist and lead volunteers assisting in creative communication opportunities at Cibolo Creek.

The Media Director will collaborate on other media-related needs as requested by your direct and dotted line reports. The Media Director will be available for some events on weekends and evenings.
